Villa Nostra is located on south part and one of the most quite and sunniest parts of island Ciovo, which is connected with mainland with one bridge! Town Trogir, with its 2400 years old past (under UNESCO protection) and its inevitable promenade which is host for most luxurious world's yachts, is on the other side of isle (4km)! Airport is 7km far, Split as the biggest city on our coast is 33km far! Beneath the house are beautiful and decorated beaches (100m) with one promenade along the coast for morning jogging or evening walks, and 20 minutes far is large Ciovo beach with its bars, restaurants, animations, jet-ski... Within 200m is a restaurant, magazine, tennis courts... House was built in 2007. and it has assured parking for each guest. House is occupied 100% with tourists, which means that the owner does not live here! ---------- Studio 1, 2, 3 and 4 have balconies and are on the first floor: toilet/shower, balcony, tv, kitchen and air conditioner. ---------- Studio 5, 6 and 7 use common terrace: toilet/shower, kitchen, tv (except 6 and 7) and air conditioner. ---------- Apartment 8 is on the second floor, it has 4 large terraces with beautiful view on neighboring islands Brac, Hvar, Solta and few smaller islands! Dish washer, large fridge with 75 l of freezer, plasma tv 106 cm. ---------- Grill, washing machine and iron are available at request! Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is after 14:00 and departure till 10:00. To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 30% of advance payment. The rest of the amount is payed at arrival. All possible taxes, air conditioner and other things are included into the prices. Welcome!
